Reduce Appetite – HERE IS HOW (7 TIPS)!

Many of us have goals to lose body fat and look great for that beach vacation. This is a difficult task when your appetite is constantly high. How many of you have felt the shame of giving in to cravings? My guess is that you have or you wouldn’t have clicked on this post! You are in luck because I am going to tell you exactly how to reduce appetite so you can achieve the body you want. Links to items via Amazon will be provided.

Caffeine

Who doesn’t love coffee?! Well if you don’t, I recommend purchasing caffeine tablets to curb your appetite. Many people have experienced caffeine reducing their appetites at work all over the world. It gives you a boost of energy to combat the fatigue you feel during a caloric deficit and/or exercise program.

Psyllium Seed Husk

This product is virtually nothing but fiber. Fibrous foods reduce appetite by expanding your stomach with the help from water making you feel full. Also try eating foods higher in fats so that you will feel full longer after eating (peanut butter, nuts, etc).

Water

I am sure you have heard this before but try drinking a glass of water when you’re feeling hungry. A lot of times the water consumption will reduce your appetite.

Chew Gum

A lot of the time people tend to eat because they’re bored. Try chewing some gum to stop snacking urges from happening.¬†Chances are you just want to eat because it’s easily available. I recommend Big Red Chewing Gum for obvious reasons.

Avoid Buying Snack Foods

I had a lot of trouble losing weight until I moved out onto my own. My parents house was always stocked full of cookies, brownies, snack cakes, etc. you name it and it was in the cabinet. I wish I could say I was strong enough to beat temptation but I was not and I am still not to this day. My approach is just to avoid purchasing snack foods so I am not tempted to over eat at home.

Look in the Mirror

This might sound silly but I promise it works. Try looking at yourself naked in the mirror whenever you are craving foods you know you shouldn’t eat. I don’t want you to develop a habit of body shaming yourself but keep in mind that you have goals and that Little Debbie isn’t going to help you reach them! Nothing helps reduce appetite quite like this approach.

EC Stack

The EC Stack should only be used by experienced and long time users of supplements. The combination of ephedrine (E) and caffeine (C) are synergistic for fat loss. The original stack (ECA) was combined with aspirin but studies have shown this is not necessary to obtain the desired results. I recommend replacing the aspirin with fish oil. The main component, ephedrine, is an active ingredient for weight loss. The combination of caffeine helps make this process much more efficient.

Ephedrine is illegal to purchase without a prescription due to it being one of the ingredients needed to create methamphetamine. However, you can purchase a product called Bronkaid over the counter at your local Wal-Mart, Walgreens or CVS to get around this issue. Bronkaid contains the necessary ephedrine needed to run the EC Stack. Below is how you should go about dosing the stack and to test your tolerance levels.
