Free Supplementation Guide – I like to keep things completely honest with my clients. If there was a miracle pill, I’d be first in line to take it! With that said, 99% of the supplements promoted are complete trash. However, there are a few supplements that I do recommend that may be beneficial to your training.

Everything on is backed with citations to published scientific studies. You should always check out this site when you have a question on whether a supplement is legit or will help you in any way!
